Lifetime Limited Warranty Coverage
Our No Knock Security Locks comes with a lifetime limited warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
What’s Covered
Material Defects: Issues arising from faulty materials used in the manufacturing of all No Knock security lock hardware
Workmanship Defects: Problems due to errors in the assembly or construction of the product.
Functional Failures: Failures of the product to perform its intended function under normal use, as outlined in the product manual.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as scratches, dents, or fading.
- Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand markets.
- Incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use or data.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@noknocksecurity.com or call us at 1-470-590-5084 within the warranty period.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase to verify eligibility.
- Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos if applicable, to help us assess the claim.
- Return Authorization: If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- Repair or Replacement: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and, at our discretion, repair or replace it free of charge. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may issue a refund based on the original purchase price, prorated for the remaining warranty period.
Note: Shipping costs for returning the product may be covered by No Knock Security if the claim is valid. Unauthorized returns or products sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
Warranty Transfer
The lifetime limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If the product is sold or gifted, the warranty does not extend to subsequent owners.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days, of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please see our Returns Policy Page for detailed instructions.

At this time, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the 10-year limited warranty. We believe this coverage provides ample protection for your investment.
Damage during shipping is not covered by the warranty but may be covered by our shipping insurance. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
